The government has recently introduced steps to prevent "over-heating" of our property price.

So, is our property prices getting out of control?

Is there a bubble waiting to be brust?

It seems ridiculous to me that people are willing to pay so much for a leasehold property and spending their entire working life (and delaying retirment) just to pay off their loan. Most times, both husband and wife need to work (and long hours) at the expense of family time.

So much for affordable housing.....what's your take?
